card can be added to at any time either online with a credit card, or with cash at the front desk of Mitchell's
Lodge & Cottages located close to The Car Spa at 264 Dillard Road.

Post Pay Option (Monthly
Billing). Great for Businesses and Fleet Customers!
For
commercial accounts, we offer monthly billing. A detailed invoice will be sent to your business, allowing you to view the
date and time of each wash. Each card can be programmed to an individual person, vehicle, or department. Perfect for businesses
or families that have multiple vehicles and don't want to hand out cash for the washing of vehicles.
The savings go beyond any discounts on price that standard accounts receive. Waste and misuse are eliminated
with the Fleet Wash program. Non-traceable Token-Notes and Wash-Tokens are no longer used, insuring that money isn't being
paid-out before a service is provided.
Complete Business Management
Flexibility:
You can program cards
for unlimited use, set spending limits or you can limit their use by time of day and day of week.
Management Capabilities: WashCards are easy to administrate and since each transaction is stored in memory, The Car Spa of Highlands can
print out detailed reports and itemized monthly billing. You can receive transaction reports containing valuable wash information
that lists:
- The time and date of each wash
- The identity of the user
- Which bay was used
- Which wash was selected
- The total dollar amount used.
Checks
and Balances: Give You Peace of Mind
When a WashCard is lost of stolen - you can
deactivate the card and reassign a new one to your driver or family member. All this information is readily available in your
own personal online account.
